Chloe, a tattooist, and Eddie exchanged their vows on 11 May 2019 at the Craven Arms in Appletreewick, North Yorkshire. The ceremony as well as their magical, laid-back, barn reception afterward were characterized by a good amount of foliage and dried flowers inspired through the spring. Childhood sweethearts, the pair were together for 13 years before Eddie proposed in September 2017, and also the beauty and friendly vibes from the pub's barn suited their desire to have an intimate and slightly alternative marriage.

I'm absolutely in love with using the girls' bouquets, hand-tied bunches of foliage, dried flowers, and grasses developed. They look so right within the rural location.

Eddie visited to select his dark tweed suit, worn having a Harris Tweed waistcoat, crisp white shirt buttoned towards the neck having a gold tie chain. For a quirky touch, he wore boots and the buttonhole would be a corsage of dried flowers, grasses, and fresh green leaves.

The couple was relying on their love of nature for their wedding bands, too.

"It was simple, elegant, and was built with a natural feel about it. The ring would be styled within an organic twig form having a moonstone covered with it. I loved it a lot we got our engagement rings from her too. Our engagement rings were from the same style using the gold twig band."

"I loved the ceremony. I am nervous beforehand however when I walked toward Eddie the area was so quiet and peaceful, it had been like time had stopped. There was a unique feeling within the room also it's something we will never forget."

Thankfully, the rain held off, and therefore the newlyweds, as well as their guests, could relax and relish the wonderful scenery, chatting and becoming some portrait shots together.

Eddie had planned an additional surprise for his bride-to-be, one that was so special.
