3. Pre-Snap Adjustments for Alignment
Sometimes, a base formation needs tweaking to create the best conditions for a stunt to succeed. Before the snap, use your defensive line adjustments to set the stage:
Basic Pre-Snap Adjustments:
Shift D-Line Left/Right – reposition linemen to CFB 25 Coins overload one side or create space for the loop.
Slant Inside/Outside – helps direct the initial surge to open the desired gap.
Pinch or Spread Line – pinching compresses the line for inside twists; spreading helps outside loopers get space.
When to Use What:
Spread Line + Outside Slant → Great for edge pressure and outside loops.
Pinched Line + Inside Slant → Useful for A-gap stunts or collapsing the interior.
Pro Tip: Stack a linebacker or College Football 25 Coins blitzing DB near the stunt side to overload protection and confuse blocking assignments.
